Reed reveals waterfront residences

July 28, 2016

Queensland-based developer Reed Property Group this week unveiled a limited-release, boutique residential offering as part of Stage 3 of the mixed-use Emporio development in Maroochydore.

Reed Property Group CEO Jay Emmerton said the six luxury apartments – known as The Waterfront Collection – were ideally positioned on levels five and six, affording impressive views of the lake located within the Emporio precinct.

“The Waterfront Collection has been designed to appeal to a buyer looking for convenience, lifestyle and the buzz of a vibrant mixed-use development,” Mr Emmerton said.

“With quality finishes, expansive entertainment areas and enviable appointments these residences are definitely our most premium Emporio offering to-date and we are confident they offer a unique proposition for buyers compared to the product currently in the marketplace.”

“Other than the prime central location, another feature that sets this collection apart is the house-sized kitchens with serveries and appliance nooks, finished with European-designed appliances and stone bench tops.”

“The level five apartments also incorporate spacious outdoor terrace areas, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living and providing the perfect space for entertaining throughout the year.”

Mr Emmerton said the residential release came off the back of the successful launch of Emporio Stage Three’s commercial component last month.

“Stage Three incorporates two buildings joined by a raised level carpark and offers approximately 4,000m2 of commercial and retail space in addition to the two levels of residential apartments,” Mr Emmerton said.

“We’re delighted to have already had a number of health and lifestyle-related businesses as well as professional service-based businesses express interest in the available retail and commercial space. This will contribute even more to the vibrancy and atmosphere of the Emporio community, which is already home to cafés, restaurants, various health services and professional offices.”

Mr Emmerton said he expected the new residential apartments would generate significant enquiry and predicted they would attract those seeking a low-maintenance lifestyle with easy access to amenities.

“Given Emporio is in the heart of the Maroochydore CBD, the development provides easy access to nearby shopping and dining precincts as well as the Sunshine Coast’s pristine beaches and waterways.”

“Residents also have plenty of entertainment options available to them without leaving the Emporio community, with the development incorporating a fully-equipped gymnasium, lap pool and spa, gold class-style theatre, podium level recreation terrace and leisure deck.”

Stage Three apartments start from $429,000 and include NBN connectivity and secure undercover parking and storage.
